What We Do
EACH is the award-winning charity for adults and young people affected by homophobia and transphobia. It is also a not-for-profit training agency for employers and organisations committed to realising an equal and safe working environment for all regardless of age, sex, ability, ethnicity, faith, gender identity or sexuality.Consultancy and expert support is provided regularly to local councils, the Education and Criminal Justice System, the Fire Service, Health, Libraries, Youth, Housing and Social Services, registrars, the Department for Education, Children and Young People’s Services, the trades unions, professional associations, the Church of England and the third sector. Our current services to individuals and agencies include:
- Actionline for young people (or adults on their behalf) who have been the target of homophobic or transphobic bullying and harassment
- Training (seminars, conferences and consultations) to support positive change at a strategic and policy level in all institutions and cross sector partnerships
- Reach: A dynamic Big Lottery funded project which aims, by 2014, to create a toolkit of resources for formal and informal youth settings to help tackle homophobic, sexist and cyber bullying
- Information and learning/promotional resources
