Essex follows Dyfed-Powys to become the thirtieth police force to join the ranks of those receiving Continuing Professional Development, as it explores training opportunities for its officers. This follows attendance at a much-praised  presentation by Jonathan Charlesworth (EACH's Executive Director) at the recent Centre for Parliamentary Studies Conference in central London on Neighbourhood Policing.
