EACH

EACH has helped Avon and Somerset Constabulary create a twenty minute e-learning training package on prejudice driven crime. This involved experiences of our service users with input from EACH’s Executive Director on the causes of the under-reporting of homophobic and transphobic crime and successful strategies to challenge it.

Further recent partnership work with the Constabulary includes an interview by the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) seeking feedback on the standards of service delivered to EACH by Avon and Somerset Constabulary staff administering its  Student Officer Programme. EACH accepts a trainee police officer on work experience and the NPIA explores levels of satisfaction as part of the police service’s ongoing assessment procedures.
